Welcome to Svea Therapeutic Massage, an independent massage therapy practice located within Soho Hair Group and Day Spa in the Westville section of  New Haven at 916 Whalley Avenue. 

(The meaning of Svea is 'of the Swedes') Massage therapy treatments are part of the Swedish concept of wellness. Massage therapy, once thought of as a luxury actually offers a wide range of health benefits, modern science has proven this, massage therapy treats muscular discomfort and tension, reduces stress and the stress hormone cortisol, reduces inflammation and increases circulation as well as strengthens the immune system, restoring energy and balance to the body.  Clients at Svea experience a customized therapeutic masage.
